- Answers questions from the customer.
- Communicate with the customer in real-time.
- Provide updates on the status of the order.
- Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
- Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures.
- Handling multiple chats/queries on live chat channel.
- Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written).
- Minimum 6 months of chat experience (Mandatory).
- Undergraduate can apply.
- Typing speed should be 30 WPM & 90% accuracy.
- Handle multiple chat at a time.
- Working knowledge in US/UK regulatory policies
- Proven ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information.
- Experience in financial services transaction data analysis
- Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
