Job Description:

Genpact is hiring candidates for the post of Process Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and development of HiL Systems like dSPACE/ NI/ Vector VT etc
• Development of an automation framework
• HiL prove-out and test execution
• Take up technical ownership of the project
• Manage HILS and Validation project teams
• Experience in handling customer interactions
• Excellent communication skills desirable

Tata Elxsi Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Engineering/ M Sc Electronics/ MCA/ Diploma In Electronics

Preferred skill:

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent
• Should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
