Suadat Ahmad Kirmani Joins IndusLaw as Partner, Enhancing Disputes Practice


IndusLaw’s Bengaluru office has welcomed Suadat Ahmad Kirmani as a new partner in the disputed practice. Kirmani obtained his degree from Jammu University in 2012.
With close to 11 years of experience as a dispute lawyer, Suadat Ahmad Kirmani has provided counsel to domestic and multinational clients in various corporate and commercial disputes. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in a diverse range of areas, including litigation, arbitration, mergers and amalgamations, real estate, projects, claims, and infrastructure disputes, as well as insolvency and white-collar crimes, as per reported by barandbench.

He has provided legal representation for a diverse group of clients, both domestic and multinational, in matters related to corporate and commercial disputes. Additionally, he has represented major private contractors and public sector undertakings in arbitration cases involving infrastructure disputes. These arbitrations have taken place in various forums, both domestic and international, including the ICC, SIAC, ICA, DIAC, and others.

Kirmani worked as a manager (associate partner) at Tatva Legal for over a year before joining IndusLaw. Additionally, he has been appointed as a member of the Young IAMC Steering Committee for 2022–2024.
