Sitel Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support to International Customers
• Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
•  Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
• 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
• Home Pickup and Home Drop.
• Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
• The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification.

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred skill:

• Call Center experience a plus
• Provide a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers.
