American Express Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Operations Support.

Job Responsibilities:

• The phone monitoring job is charged with ensuring all potential risk related potential errors with these calls in the US market is minimized. 

• You will be required to capture errors and review remediation that is adequate to eliminate errors and potential risk gaps. 

   

• In addition, there is some reporting functions that are generated out of this team. 

• Communication with our partners is essential.  Emails, Powerpoint, and effective verbal communication on individual and joint conference calls is part of the analyst’s responsibility.
